Deadlift 305, strength is coming back really well, once I hit a 5 RM of 315 #s ill be switching over to te 12 week ultra program. Hopefully only one more week!

10AUG2010-First day of using CF Calgary Programming

I've decided to try CrossFit Calgary (OPT) programming for a while. Once the pool @ IIT Opens back up I'll either just add on swimming work or I'll switch over to SEAL FIT.
WOD:

21 Front Squat @ 155 lbs
9 Jumping Pull-up Burpees
15 Front Squat @ 155 lbs
15 Jumping Pull-up Burpees
9 Front Squat @ 155 lbs
21 Jumping Pull-up Burpees

Time: 21:06
The last set of jumping Pull-up Burpees Killed- no- slaughtered my time.
It took me 5 minutes to get through them.  The heat in the gym was a huge mental struggle and today was nothing short of pure hell.  It was awesome...after.
